... field of accounting 4.Some clients are very horrible which i have suffered. 5. One should whole salary structure before joining the company because they say something n provide something else 6. Very less increment one cannot think about increment here 7. Managers here sit in thane office and make employees move here and there everyday as per their needs which makes ur day very hectic 8. People working in thane office get 2 n 4 saturday off but whhereas if ur on client place no such previlege.

Likes - good for fresher if u get a good client to work otherwise ur will have nothing in ur work experince If u get to work in inhouse ur lucky enough Dislikes - worst managment policies, horrible clients, no proper timings when working with clients,

What do you like about working at laabdhi outsource india services pvt. ltd? The autonomy and trust I receive from my superiors Rakesh are remarkable. It allows me to take ownership of my projects and find innovative solutions to problems. In my job, I get to see the direct results of my efforts, which is incredibly rewarding. Witnessing the positive impact of my work on clients or customers is fulfilling.

Poor Work Environment, Management in client place No Co-workers in client place so Work Load

Management is supportive. Too much work pressure and escalation . Late sitting every day in office, Sunday working also.

No scope to get job after working here as they are into society accounts and there own company software
