No offer letter, no pay slip, Although the owner are great due middle management it was not a great experience

No documents HR is wife of Operation Manager And operation manager is having multiple relationships with female staffs!! It was one of the worst work place I ever worked

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
