New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

We had all ready Job last 7 years in la-gajjar M/C pvt.ltd but next financial year we getting salary increase only 1800/-rs so, we request my senior PM but no any reply for increasing salary so I finally resign in company we inform my senior pls will increase only 1000/-rs but he had not done my reqirement

...gies. Career growth is good ...One has to stay focused and keep delivering .....salary is good enough. Job security is OK until you keep on delivering. Working team is young and energetic. On job training is provided on a regular basis....best symptom of a growth oriented company. Excellent work life balance can be observed...especially for the middle & top Management.

Company is good but first company for life so my incentive part not provided Q1 scheme I am qualified 100+ but company quater end time not provided any employee inactive,last company provided Q3 incentive provide month August generated but I am Q1 working & Q2 month approx August month I am region then company not providing my incentive. Then I am wating approx 5 month follow up and regular communication but HR & all senior sey your money is not provided. So, I am very disappoint this mangement.
