...nd hand experience. Company environment is better and staff is also cooperative. But salary is very low.... So overall better for fresher to start career in pharmaceutical industry

Other than job security nothing is good. A small company which lets trainee fresh students to gather a bit of knowledge about drug products. It obviously helps to go further.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Salary is terribly low. You can call it compensation. Management is horrible. Never Go for La Chemico. If you want to work in Kolkata you should better go for Stadmed, Deys, Emami many more are there.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
