The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Shift timing is not so much long , salery comes on time in your account

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and partiality with employees, some of the people who are senior in levels are hires non technical staff, wich dont know a basic things and show the attitude for his relation is too much good with his senior. The management doesn’t address our problems. Salery is low . Career growth is slow.
