...eless on which direction the company needs to go Too much of internal politics If you are working here your efforts shall be used by senior management to justify their salary (as they are hired on a very high package with marginal experience/ direction of leading the team) You will be given no credit for your work and poor appraisal, however senior management by showing your work will get great appraisals No scope of development/ learning rather whatever experience you have becomes obsolete if you work here You shall be treated as slave and expected to do whatever your manager directs Join if you want to screw your Career.

Good to learn something from other departments as fresher and as experience. Freedom to work

Dislikes

There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

There is no respect for senior person, they treating as a junior, and not providing any juniors/subordinates, material, manpower, if anyone raised complaints on you, they just believe and terminate us, no discussion about issues, no proper way to handle staffs, no job guarantee, no work culture. Because I joined two times but same problems and issues now I am facing..

Being spv, career growth opportunities and visibility are comparatively not upto the mark.

Politics is very bad in a industry or a reputed company, because it may be helpful or critical in different situations. So flexibility is important to improve and get success.
