Working here is very challenging due to people not agree to pay toll easily, because they don't know about toll before, but learnt so much.

No recognition happening actually who works hard. This is biggest drawback for this Project.

Facilities very good, lodging, fooding other requirement are very good salary timing 28 date of month is coming on your account

As A senior civil engineer in highway maintenance excellent work experience it's a miracle job flexible working time Sunday off

Skill development and job security Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees and salery inceimint is very slow

There is a multi national company and good management. 3 years after this company don't increase my salary then me put resigned
