...ic. Only boss's favourites gets highest rating on continuous basis year on year. The salary difference is very high between an outstanding & top performer. Also the travel & daily allowances are age old released 15 years back which is not revised since then and not as per current inflation index.

...r salary increment, work load is tremendous as they keep very less employees.... 1 person will do work of 3 persons, favouritism (only favorite candidate will get good salary hike annually and fast promotion even if he/she doesn't work at all), Appraisal System itself is pathetic. Etc etc.

Average place where diploma engineers get average industry standard salary in starting to till confirmation of employment. They provide enough training to employees (only nuclear departments). Workmanship who's working at base level in shop floor is genuinely good at work and their behaviour compared to other companies HR is coming up with good employee satisfaction initiatives.

Dislikes

Work pressure and work culture both are different to office employees and shop floor employees which is not fair. Very less promotion and hike is given to nuclear quality department compared to other departments. Nuclear quality control department is getting detoriated and no good leadership is there people are resigning due to some managers/DGMs who are playing very bad politics and genuinely good employees are resigning just because of them. Canteen facility at Gate 1 is worst food anyone deserve company should improve that Diploma engineers are not getting promotions where newly joined GETs are getting opportunities which is not fair everyone should have equal opportunity in same department Transportation provided from city to campus is old and outdated compared to compitative company Company should not hire diploma engineers if they don't want to give them future opportunities just don't ruin there career.

Skill Development and training parts are good for us.

Working culture, Work life balance, appraisals & benefit or salary are points are poor as compare to other Company and this is not good for long life work at here.
