The students are curious and ask questions and if as a teacher one meets their expectations, they will respect you always.

Dislikes

The administration lacks vision. The overall workplace environment deteriorated since june 2015. The talented few have left the institution. The institution is opting for retrenchment since december 2017.

The college is one of the oldest recognised institution of North Bihar. Few training opportunities and the collaboration with International bodies could be taken as the gain .

Dislikes

The work culture was highly authoritarian with no respect for employees. The job security was very poor as the employees were appraised on the basis of the amount of buttering one can afford for top management. Even the 10years old employees could be terminated without an hours notice. The expenses done for the institution was never reimbursed. The college belongs to a politician and is badly affected by politics.
