You cannot utter a single word or put your opinion in a meeting if you don't agree with the management. Also you're supposed to be ready to be micromanaged ( for ex-you will not be allowed to talk to your colleagues even about the doubts related to subjects or laugh in the staff room).

Lpm Public School in Gola Bazar , Gorakhpur is a well established and reputed organization in the region. This institution not only looks towards the academic wellbeing of the students but it also plays an significant role towards the mental , physical and emotional development of the student's. It's has supportive and cooperative environment .

My team mates were very generous and good. The working environment was healthy. Students were very energetic, brilliant, curious and hopeful. Physics is my favourite subject, So I have interested to talk about that. Understanding the students attachment of Theory of Physics and Technology in daily life.

Dislikes

There were no job security and there was no rules and regulations also.
