This is a firm which builds our skills to an extent that we turn out to be the most efficient future CA's in the market. From the initial period you are provided with important job responsibilities also you get the chance to lead a whole team by yourself during an audit. So overall work culture when is very much satisfactory with the colleagues , seniors and being very cooperative and helpful. The management and company policies are strict but genuine causes are always heard as strictness is required for building efficiency.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about the firm as mutual understanding is required always, all in all gives you a very good environment where you can learn a lot. Of Course pressure of performance is there in every stream but then that develops us , so not choosing an entity for just avoiding work pressure might not serve in favor of you.

It was a very good experience of working, helps in achieving good exposure as it gives opportunity of serving various kind of clients at numerous places in India. Working with a good team and good environment in office always helps to accomplish any work efficiently.

I have enjoyed my years in L.B.Jha. I have learnt a lot from them. At times the going has been tough but overall I have no complaints.

Dislikes

L B Jha is undergoing a change right now. The new partners are great but need to settle down. The old partners are retiring one by one and it feels bad to see the people I used to go
