-Maintaining limited number of people and running the project's & there is so much of work pressure & single person has to handle multiple modules. -No software development life cycle -They treat employees like scape goats & there is no respect for the employees working here. -No work life balance & need to stay at nights -Leave policy is worst -No job security -3 years contract.if you break the contract they won't provide you relieving and experience letters. -No training directly thrown to the project's

The biggest mistake of life is to join L-Cube Innovative Solutions Pvt.Ltd. I worked in Pune office n there the life is hell. Company thinks that if they are paying u some amount of money then u are the slave n they will ask u to work n sit in office in extra hours. They don't have any time as they change their time like some primary school changes. No power backup is there if electricity is cutted down due to some technical issues by the electric board then they dont have inverter also ,U have to sit in dark n they will just lit up a white light lamp thats it. U have to sit in hot bcz power is not there n no backups. I request you all to never ever join this or such company or u will have to work as a slave n u have to forgot ur life,family n all. They evwn don't give u leaves although u have leaves available in your account. #WORST #WORST #WORST......

Their will be no particular training, one or two classes directly places you in project Work environment is full stressful No place for innovation and work balance
