Nothing more to like the company except on time salary

1.Company culture is vary bad 2.MD visits the constitution site and kills all the planned work 3.company encourages only tamil people and kicks other people 4.No job security 5.company having so much impractical policies

On time salary credits is very very helpful

1. Food & Accommodation provisions not available 2. No increment and bonus up to 3 years 3. Management responds is very very worst. 4. No any other benifites during my working period 5. No one following company rules and, systems 6. Rules and regulations very very difficult to follow 7. Etc....

L&W is paying salary by category of critical & non critical resources during this pandemic. But fortunately no layoff till now. Paying minimum stipend fir junior engineers too.. anyhow company is supported well & trying their best provide workfront for employees.

Dislikes

Reduced salary in this pandemic literally 30% of basic pay..have faced financial crisis personally.

...upport from hr team. Company also very good. But site management is very worst. Salary credited in time

Vignaraj project head use very bad words. He don't have knowledge about the work Sequence. He just wants work..... If you asking any support like equipment then he will scroll you. Just do your work with out support. Even though he is not ready to released after completing notice period as agreed in appointment time.

On time salary, supportive managers.

Dislikes

Worst HR team. Site admins are not knowledgeable. Company give many benifits and policies but those are not reachable to employees because of worst HR team. If u r lucky u will get one Sunday holiday in a month
