No proper parking for our bikes. Low salary. No respect for contarct employees. Management never listen to us and they never care about contract employees.

No hike, appraisal and hike are based on if you are related/from the place where operation head is from or even if you are from his state you will get promotion easily sometimes even twice in span of 2 years. If not you won't get promotion even after 4-5 years.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
