Compensation and Promotion and below avg Sat and Sun are off but depends project to project Desk job so little to no recreational rooms/activities to take break, no break rooms or activity room Depending on project career growth is limited. Upskilling limited mostly would require individual effort (courses and programs done by employees themselves for betterment)

Too much office politics, need to be bosses favorite for work, salary, promotions, Too much infighting between horizontal and vertical, No clarity on future/growth /vision No skill development, GEA is a waste, just an extended college with zero value add

Salary I got was good I got hybrid work

2 months of bench and you will be put on loss of pay from 3rd month. No WFH on bench, during LOP also you have to come to office. Bench is horrible, projects will block you for weeks and you'll be not able to give interview for other projects and after that they will release you and your bench period will be wasted. Old mnc culture still manager's are in old decade. Get as much as hike you can get, very less hike Very less projects for Hyderabad in development role

...n in my life and hire and fire policy I have been working from past 3 years and every 3-6 months either project complete or cost cutting they move to bench and bench policy time is 2 months and after that LOP and Especially for Hyderabad location it is worst and no project from HYD location mainly from the Mysore or Banglore locations

Bench policy - 2 months or 1 month only and after that LOP No projects from Hyderabad location for any skill Work culture and no standereds either work culture or development With project confirmation they will took the interviews and less time estimations

Good starting salary ... But after couple of normal L&T appraisals the salary comes at par with other low paying jobs.

People here are not having minimum required knowledge. Worst group of engineers in respect of knowledge, worst communication. They would only mark the date of submission without any other clarity or support. Work on weekends with out any benefits. No work life balance. No skill development No work satisfaction Worst company culture. No job security No proper leaves People are
