The domain of work is niche as L&T is largest systems integrator in India. One can learn new technologies and gain a good experience of the upcoming technologies and smart city infrastructure.

Dislikes

...pany expects to give more time but no one cares whether it is productive or not. Pay structure is horrible. None of the support functions are co-operative. No scope for innovation or smart work.

...are sent to field, 12 hrs work, 6 days a week, sometimes on Sundays too. 9. If you quit, be prepared to not get your last month salary, likely they will give it after 45 days of your last working day. 10. Joining L&T was the worst decision of my life. 11. I am sure there are more dislikes for me about the company personally, but as of now I can remember these only.

1.HR will play major role in salary and appraisal 2. Traveling compensation we need beg to HR 3. They hire lateral employee as FTC(fixed term contract). The FTC employee can't able to borrow loan and other benefits in payslip they clearly mention as Contract people 4. If we had any queries we need to ask to HR via mail they respond after we followup for 3 months 5. Medical insurance if you are in bed you trying to claim insurance they have policy to claim if you need to know that policy you need mail or call to corresponding person but they not pick the call and they not respond to mail after we died they will respond

1. 50% of your CTC shall be paid as part of Performance bonus and Retention pay spread over a year .so for leaving you need to leave ur atleast 10% of CTC 2. No HR policy document shall be given .All HRs are at max BA or MBA in part time not properly trained so horrible Environment. 3. 9 o clock punching time and Alternative Saturday working 4.Regional Biasness. 5. No WFH and Sandwich leave policies P.S-All the above good reviews has been given by senior guys who either doesn't work or waiting for happy retirement as this i also will say best company to get retired. I know my review may not make big difference but atleast few can get alarmed

It's a fast growing division within the umbrella of L&T Construction. The Cybersecurity team is fast expanding and upskilling with a SoC in Chennai HQ. Work culture is positive and lot of opportunities if you are flexible with work.

Dislikes

Salary is not great but near market average. You may have to work on multiple domains as per need.
