...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is nit given to new joiners.

I am not a permanent employee most of the organisation is like that, they are provide very low salary scale as per standards so they didn't take onrole employees.

L&T has strong hold on the construction division and its presence in different geographies give ample opportunity to learn and bhuild a good carrier. The company also provides opportunities to learn different things depending on the choice of employee which add to the overall experience and expertise in different sectors.

Dislikes

The salary provided is decent but the growth is considerably slow. Work pressure is high as projects keep on increasing and skilled manpower is always a problem. Trainings are rarely provided and most of the things are required to be learnt by working on the project or the role assigned which can be a pain sometimes.

Company has many projects in bag so, there is job security and you will be loaded with work all the time so you can keep your skills intact.

Salary range is on lower side than current market conditions. You will end up paying more taxes as fuel reimbursement policy is not that good.
