I am not a permanent employee most of the organisation is like that, they are provide very low salary scale as per standards so they didn't take onrole employees.

...s a unbeatable pain for all of us. Difficult to balance family and job together. Expected Salary, deserving promotion and job security is not as expected.

The only good thing about the L&T is that your salary gets credited timely by 28 of the month.

Dislikes

The organisation structure is so bad, deficiency of lower-level workers, engineers are working as illiterate supervisors, there is no growth in roles and responsibilities. No proper planning, lacks in digitalisation. Crazy pressure of targets for no reason.

No work life balance.Seneor management not help.I was work when I am taking sallaine.Senior Manegement treated like donkey.You will be work at site upto 15 hours.

The repute of the company throughout India and fair amount of job security.

Dislikes

The compensation and culture of the company are major sticky points. The increments are almost non existent and the culture is very bad. HR policies are not employee friendly at all and you cannot find HRs to clear any queries or raise an issue. Another issue was that the company continued to work from office even as employees got covid right ledt and centre.
