I think I have made a good choice to work with L &T because the manufacturing products are good with quality assurance nd I m working in Quality department that's why I m telling you this . Lots of companies like ANDRITZ nd other companies visit here for TPI inspection nd that's enough to understand what kind of quality products they want .

The salary scale is not good for contract basis but people doing this to get knowledge nd move forward in life .

1.You have the freedoms to work. 2.Your salary will be credited to your bank account on or before same month. 3. Company will provide transportation. 4. Company will provide family accommodation and furniture also. 5. For permanent staff , yearly PLR and LTA available. 6. You have the option to learn many things. 7. Company will provide medical insurance and group insurance policy.

1. Working hours will be 13-14 hours ( Including travel time ).

Always man power short so you have to work twice and no salary increases and Overtime without pay also only 2nd and 4th Saturdays off other all working...sandwich rule for leave...

It is adviced not to go in third party or company contract. Salary is very low. Working hours and travel from city is around 13 hrs avg. Poor appraisal. Expect to come on Sunday also. Worst politics.
