L&T Edutech is brand spoiler of the entire L&T group. Fake commitment fake promises to the College's. Can't implemented new ideas and opportunities of creativity is very less. Worst management

Nothing, Work Life Balance is Pathetic, HR Team is worst of all. I will say they will never ever respond in time for the problems and queries raise to them. The worst decision of my life.

Dislikes

No job security, you will never get full time employment, at the end of contract period HR team will put you in dilemma whether it will get renewed or not. There are several employees working after the contract period is over without renewal and HR team will only give reply as it is in process. Increments and promotion are based on region wise, If you are localized in Chennai knows tamil then you will get FTE and Increments, promotion etc. Being a north Indian nothing you will get in hand. Your boss will give work like you have to submit the same on EoD and they will showcase the work of sub-ordinates as their own to management taking all the credit. No credits no awards will be given to you for same. all the Senior SME's are not talented. if they cannot do anything in work they will put blame on you and your job is gone. I will suggest if you have permanent job in hand don't choose this company. lot of colleagues and me suffered in this company. Please be assured about my profile its a leading in industry still was working like a peon. Think twice, thrice, multiple times before joining.

The process is good. Despite the damages in the pipeline, pressure won't be there for the employer.

Dislikes

The environment is noisy to edit. Career growth is a big question mark. A salary appraisal is very less and given only to selected members with nonsense criteria. Nothing like innovation is happening. Average working environment.
