New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Like : Salary on time Dislike : - Workplace Politics - Bad Mentally of senior managers - Use of inappropriate language - Transfers with even informing you before generation of order. - No fixed working hours - Sunday half day at most of the sites - Won't let you take leaves unless you beg for it. - No clarification regarding compensation - HR is only for welcoming you to the organization. - Bad behaviour towards female staff - You can find people with Diploma, UG, PG and PHD doing same work. - Largely depends on excel - HQ guys are GOD - Boss is the king - Don't ask questions just obey

Management / Quality Contol / Safety / Proper Billing both client & Sub - contractor / Timely competion of work within cotract/ Speed of work / proper execution & supervision & proper monitoring / Maintaining the work. proper guidance by client & project head. As per drawing specification all civil work done. staff salary & benefits/ sub contractor billing done within due date. So my previous company L&T construction was very good .

decent salary, sort of a government company structure with job security, if you like that sort of thing. Provide good perks of housing, transport.

Dislikes

Terrible treatment of women, quality of people you work with is more often than usual- awful. Dominated by politics and seniority, it is a truly low level company to work at. If you are ambitious and have integrity (and a woman), do not work here. You are forced to work in remote areas which is not bad development wise but they really do not care about employee safety especially women. HR is a joke. No great innovation going on. In short, big thumbs down!!
