I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

... a strong support of Health & Term insurance for their Employees and families. L&T credits salary of their employees on or before 28th of every month. L&T is the rarest organization who only provides medical insurance facilities to employees for Domiciliary claims (Non hospitalization/OPD)

Working culture worst, manager & supervisor role like king & selves role. Year wise increment also worst 800 monthly last time increment of mine. Family get together & picnic only on paper, Personal harmony lost .

On time salary. Food, medical facilities. Culture depends on team. Some teams are good and some are bad. Now your luck.

Dislikes

South people has been more prefferable to higher managememt. Increment is too low. In probation period no leaves. Performance bonus is including in CTC. It will be paid to you on the month of july. If you put resign then u cant get your PLR amount.
