HR policy, Salary and related benefits are on time.

No work life balance. 12 hrs working without any pressure, site management is very strict related to timing. Unnecessary pressure created on staff. Management always trying to extended hours after 12 hrs completed, without giving any benefits to employees. Appraisal and promotion is not transparent.

Good job security. Even if you are poor at your job, the chances of getting fired from employment is very less. Most people are efficient and good at the subject. Good for a career start.

...g hours without getting overtime. 4. All Saturdays working at project sites. 5. HR plays with new recruits without providing the eligible cadre and eligible salary. 6. Bosses act as if they are ruling the company. No open discussion with the bosses. 7. All valuable trainings given to boss's pets.

SOPs where most of them are not necessary. And a lot of internal digitalization and process which infact don't accelerate the work and procument system is very complicated which delays the materials delivery.

...environment and culture. Messed up personal life. Management is not transparent. Company policies are sick, appraisals are fair and minimum salary hike. Only good thing is salary is on time and job security is there.
