Terrible work culture, HR dept is worst. nothing to do for employees betterment. just how one's salary can be deducted is the motto of HR dept. management promotes favouritism, even good steps suggested can be ignored based on the managements pre concieved image for someone. every inch is covered with camera installed on your face and your every movement is tracked like a prisoner. never accept any job offer from this Company for JAMSHEDPUR location.

...gement. even a single human error is treated like crime. HR department is worst. even going outside of company for 10 minutes will deduct your salary. Officers are highly indulged in politics. No perq. you cannot even come outside of the building to take a walk inside campus. HR will issue warning letter for this. Lots of eyewash done in this company. Frisking is done for the boys and girls by male security guards. If you want to work here you can only do as operator. for officer and manager level this place is like bottomless pit.

Job security,work life balance and overall experience is very good 👍🏻. I like the company culture which is good enough so that you can live upto 3 yrs easily.
