There is nothing to like about this company, I’ll explain why in dislike section. One thing that anybody can feel good about is the team members because they are young and cool but this company will ruin their careers if they stay longer for sure.

Dislikes

Company culture is just pathetic, 1. They won’t let you take single WFH 2. People are not expected to leave office before their managers 3. Founders have no business sense at all but they are involved in everything to micromanage. 4. They themselves are not sure about that their products are sustainable. 5. Managers shout at people if they do any honest mistake. 6.This is a family owned business and still working in 90s, 7. You have to complete 9 hrs daily or else manager will complain to HR. 8. Attrition is very high. 9. No work life balance, manager will order you to work on weekends, ‘order’ because he thinks he holds authority over you. 10. Supply chain team is just useless, no planning at all. In a nutshell: don’t go there seriously, if you don’t believe me please ask any existing employee there, they all are waiting to get a job to leave this pathetic place, also they want you to call them Sir or else they will get upset. Most importantly, managers have no personal life, if they could they can stay 24 hrs in the office and ask to stay with them.
