Compensation is decent but growth is slow.Manager do not value an individuals unique strenth,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a.pain sometimes.

This is company with excellent professional organisations, Entire Management have special quality to helping nature. I have excellent experience during my working with "Kwality", i have launch their products in North regions.

Company has a good reach in market and good brand name also asweel as company employees active 24hour for any problems and always attached with btob and btoc . however in some parts company sometime lack. Overall I had a good experience with sr and jr also with my colleagues
