It's been more than 7 year they don't have any project. Nor they have any land. To many policies under garadute people freshers asking GM sales or civil about work. They have a dept called MDO that ruin the company internally. Hiring people like Sabzi mandi. Hr head don't know english when ever they suspend or terminate anyone they post shit recorded video in His Company group. If you're good in liking then can go but carefull they are no growth.

For me, KW Group will always be the best time of my life. supportive environment, Skill development program, good training sessions for new joiners, salary on time, timely appraisal, You will learn lots of things here and grow personally and professionally Nothing to dislike.

...ss this is specially for @ Manish tyagi from HR and most hilarious person is Mr. Ankur sehgal (DGM ) who works like a puppet only who is observed only for the false alligation, holding the salary for unnecessary reason good in playing blamable game and by mistaken if you are a boy who raised the query then forgot for any kind of resolution from him.MDO team what a supportive team they are here only to take a credit for the junior efforts there job is only this much like MR. Bishambhar. So if any one like to join here will be suggested not to play with there future

There is nothing to like about the company. In the beginning they would say about the benefits but when you go for the joining there is no benefits. And they say people working there for years but when you joined you will see the reality. People personally comments on you and they management say it's normal. women's are not safe there.. i would suggest don't join the fake company.

...nt doesn't address the women's issue. There is HR committee also but for no use. They don't provide any salary slip not appointment letter bcz the company knows employee will leave the organisation in a month
