I would like to share my experience regarding my time working under Pratibha Suryawanshi. Unfortunately, I found her management style to be highly unprofessional. She often crossed personal boundaries, interfering in employees' private matters and creating a stressful work environment. Her behavior appeared to be influenced by personal grievances, which resulted in unfair treatment and unwarranted targeting of certain employees. This kind of conduct significantly impacted team morale and productivity. I believe a healthy workplace thrives on respect, support, and professionalism — qualities that were lacking in this experience. I hope the organization addresses these concerns to create a more positive environment for its employees.
