No increment,no appraiser from last 5 yrs. Starting salary also low and not providing food also

Only salary will get on time and the rest are worst.

Work culture is worst, communal feeling against muslim in most of the technical department. No career growth. Nothing to learn as no one is technically fit even the cheif engineer is not fit technically only the employee knows to complete their work. No safety and even no safety awareness. No safety training. Whole plant is unsafe even not any format of taking work permit. No job security......
