Very poor and worst management. Always use to detect salary, benefits and visa charges. Also not giving vacation leave. Not following Kuwait labor law. I have never seen such a worst concern in my life time.also no respect and response for the employee.

I would like to work in purchase department and maintaining documents for their internal activities to move PO files, correspondence, International fax, copy of MSDS, important documents for everyone and get back and filing it properly and timely always without fail.

Work life balance. Job security even during pandemic. 42 days leaves. Well defined job roles.

Dislikes

No career growth for expats. No place for out of the box thinking. Very flat hierarchy making it difficult to take decisions. Lack of team work. Interdepartment coordination is poor.

Big politics, Kuwaiti counterparts are not skilled and competent in handling their position. They run on some others decisions and evaluation. It’s really a pity.
