Software learn, but technical growth On time salary Initial 3-4 months work culture is very good then.... ❌❌❌

1) No Working culture, 2) no work-life balance, 3) Hr Don't aware about HR policy 4) Evey time HR policy changed as company is benefitted. 5) Till my tenure no one served their notice period even they had 3 year bond. 6) I am very thankful that I don't have a bond. 7) Initially they tell to employees to signed on normal papers then after 1-2 months, they said paper bond is not valid every employees have to signed on notary with 300 rs stamp. 8) Flexible timing for Design team ; 9 to 7-8 pm. For FEA team 9:30 to 7-8-9-10-11-12 depending on work load. 9) No compensation on extra working hours. Thankful I am not the part of FEA team.

The work life balance is below average, sometimes you may have to stretch for long hours to meet deadlines.

too much pressure for work, no life balance, less holidays, in a year you will get lots of sunday and night work.leave issue, working hours issue, no experience letter, no resignation approval letter, issues after resign, contact any kustomind person for more info.
