When they have less order than they will forced to resign to the staff members only not to the managers who are getting very much high salary. Job security is 1/5. If you are planning for long term than don't choose this company.

I like company because of product and at our time all company team was very nice but after change higher authorities it is very poor

When i was in company at culture was good but after change company M.D. , company condition and atmospere is very poor. and pressant all running employ has also toomuch tired.and every time toomuch pressure at on work
