There are lot of things for dislike there specifically salary is very low in compared to other companies and no growth they changed their policies in midnight said you go and implement. No incentives No growth worst work culture

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Helping and motivating teammates, good training sessions, secured onroll job with good salary, yearly appraisals. On the whole simply creating a good path to our career

Calls from head is greater than calls which I do daily. Its feeling irritating sometimes.
