Not getting salary on time HR Policy is very poor, people frequently left the organization. Late working hour, no time flexibility or work life balance Lack of management process, some of the people don't have any manners Administration department is very poor

2nd and 4th Saturday off..1st and 3rd Saturday is half day is good for work life balance..Subsidies meal facility is available for employees

Dislikes

Appraisal cycle is too lengthy and not on time..company policies are changing frequently..Notice period for all the employees are for 3 months which is not good it should be grade wise even junior staff has to serve 3 months notice period

There is no Security of your Job ,There is no any lead ,No any Upgrade idea's no any Business Calture, They take your Paper any time ,I requested all people ,Please Don't Go there is no Future.

They are treated people like kunvarji has a bunch of new ready employees so they can hire them , they are not values of our work and ability too , they move anyone in anytime in others team without any asking

I worked there almost 8 years . It’s amazing place to work . Good subordinates. Atmosphere is also good Team work .
