As you join you are loaded with so many tasks and if you fail to perform the team leads scream at you, they humiliate you by screaming at you in front of everyone use slangs like bloody for you and even throw papers at you. The hr and principal does nothing about all this. The school is not at all planned and they need everything at that very moment. A tough job which will drain your energy in return you will not be able to manage your health and family.

KED Framework - coaching sessions and base group time a teacher gets with her group of students helps build meaningful relationships and learn the skills to be a coach and expand your own boundaries. Kind of free in terms of where you sit and do your work, there's no concept of strict rooms and staff rooms. Learning Portal that the students use has good resources for teachers as well. Infrastructure is good. Resources one needs are plenty. Supportive people around to work with.

The school needs more staff. The work load is too much. One teacher has 4-6 grades to teach on an average. For most subjects across middle, senior and senior-secondary, they've only 1-2 teachers. The kind of individual attention they expect from the teachers for each child, it becomes impossible under the work pressure to do justice to the students and classroom teaching particularly. Weekly corrections, assessments, lesson planning, long detailed feedback to the parents every 10 days - all of this is more documentation than teaching. As a teacher, I want to focus on exploring the subject in the class but there's too much focus on everything except for letting the teacher explore fruitfully in class. There are some good things about the school environment and the senior staff, management, however, they're all extremely shallow. You'll only see them gossiping, cribbing and bitching about others in the school. They do not have the mindset of a teacher which should be liberal, non-judgemental and curious. They sat that there's no hierarchy, however, there's clear groupism in team leads, coordinator and other staff. The food served as lunch and snacks is inedible most of the times. There's no free time for teachers in the entire day except for one 40 minutes session. Whereas the work load is too much. No transport facility for teachers.

It was great a experience, i really enjoyed my work with students and management... everything was great excellent, kunskapsskolan exp. was very lucky for me.. in future i love to do work in kunskapsskolan in abroad if i get a chance;

growth is slow and sometimes client giving me any update from the school very late.
