First of all Kundan is a group company and it's a good company familiar company first thing to be like that it's office location is good in the centre of Delhi most of the employees are were working like as a family member management is good

Some people who not deserving the part of a good salary he always believe and doing in buttering and creating puzzles politics and issues in the company not all only some employees

Only food and accommodation is good but only in some sites.

No holidays,no benefits, salary Time pr nahi aati,agr salary k time pr chutti lete ho to salary rok dete hai,ho Mai koi feedback nahi jati,site pr manager ka apna hi rules and regulations hai, seems like dictator.salary k alawa isme kuch b acha nahi hai Ane se pehle poora pta kr lena.....mera to bohot gnda experience raha ,no written documents,no salary slips.

Company HR is not proper response If you have left the job so last month salary is not given and also expirence certificate not given. Meaning if you stay in the company then there is no support from the management and if you leave then the company's behavior towards the employees is very bad.

...ve no values and humanity.. The environment of the company is very restricted .. salary deduction policy even if you are one minute late … No values to the loyal employees and those who are associated with them for more than a decade they can fire you anytime as per their need.. They don’t value female employees as well as fire them as soon as they came to know about maternity else they gonna start mentally harassing them so that they can resign by themselves … no moral value they have If you want to survive in Kundan then have to become a puppet of GANGA GUPTA otherwise by hook or crook she will make your life a living hell there… despite how hard working and loyal you are … The owners are already aware about her deeds but don’t act… Hope soon in life SHE WILL GET WHAT SHE DID WITH OTHERS AND WHAT SHE DESERVES May this comment will act as an eye opener for the owners…
