...ys, Here at Kun everyone wants to show bossism and even you can find partiality. While joining you don't get offer letter or joining letter and they won't even provide you salary slip. Office timing is from 9-5.30 and if you leave at 6 then people will be like he is free so he is leaving early. It was worst experience for me till date.

Actually the name of the company is very attractive and inside of the company looks good. thats it.

They won't provide OFFER LETTER! THEY WON'T PROVIDE BONUS, INCREMENT. WORKERS SHOULD WORK LIKE LABOUR. VERY BAD FOOD THEY WILL PROVIDE. VERY WORST MANAGEMENT. ( HR HEAD - VASAN .......WORST PERSON). THEY GIVE LEAVE WHEN YOU WANT. ZERO BENEFIT FOR WORKERS.... THEY WILL ASK YOUR ORIGINALS... PLS DON'T GIVE THEM....

Shift timing 6am to 6pm, 10am to 10 pm, 6pm to 6am, 8 hr shift and 4 hr OT, BUT over time cost not provide for junior engineer (line inspector) in quality department. Quality manager expect employees will work free of cost. Don't join quality department.

No annual increment, no bonus, no OT, no transportation, no dress code.

Politics, Growth in financial is less, Management impose their employees to their own policies that will impose like autonomous college. Over the period it will get diluted for the personnel who is with their close.
