Worst management. Manager Snehal Ramteke is the most arrogant person over there. She is the reason no one wants to work there. If you're a fresher and looking to start your career avoid going there. There are no growth opportunities here and she'll take care of that, never let you move forward.

HR people please don't join here. They will tell you to handle only bill payments and MD's personal work. Office boy is half HR there. No handover, no process, no documentation. They use common Gmail ID for HR communications.

Not at all supportive. Kept employees in dark and deducted the PL. Once they deducted PL then asked employees to resign.

Korean staff especially Mr Shin and Manager Ms Snehal Ramteke are the most arrogant and unfriendly bosses. Zero communication with employees. Treats employees as workers.

No appreciation of work.Non coordinative senior staff and if you are relative of any current employee then and then you get soft corner otherwise you will be treated like a slave.There is no humanity any of senior persons they just want work from you nothing else.
