Production team is not educated as per the industry need. Specially HOD of production and some production department leaders not having knowledge about process and product manufacturing. Frequent manpower charges on operator level Manpower contactor supervisor are not having the command on their manpower. Japanese wants to upgrade the culture and system in terms of knowledge as well as wealth but 1 or 2 higher level person not wants. Lack in system knowledge so it's default to manage the thing's systematic because of HOD level person's are working here above 10 years that's why they are not upgraded and updated as per Market competitive in terms of skills and knowledge of system.
