Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. There is nothing to like about this company. They'll just use you and then fina a reason to blacklist you.

Dislikes

The thinking of some senior partners goes back to the old age. Such a shame on them for wrongly judging a person.

have since left the firm. Nothing significant to add. The job did not suit me and so i quit .

i hardly had any work to do. was kept idle for most hours. hence i quit. felt not the right place for me to work.
