Its very disappointing that its been 4 years working hard but NO appriciation, NO hike, NO appraisals and excused as Company is going through hard phase. Stalled projects frustrated clients handling without any backend support is really a tough job goes unnoticed. They won't let you go using tools like Emotional, sentimental sugar coating words, if that doesn't work they feed negative report to next company and holds your original documents.FEELS LIKE TRAPPED!! as no growth and frequently change in HR policies, office timing, assigning job which is out of your Job Description / profile. After joining i have notices an Unorganised patters / unprofessional way of working which was very difficult and hectic to rearrange but whent unnotices and unappriciated.

lot of internal politics are there, very bad management. There ladies gang is very arrogant. only flatterers and stupid people survive there, the management also loves those employees. They are create obstacles for the new employees to work. There is a habit of suspecting others for no reason. Everything is required urgently, They have no sense how to work and speak, *This is my true and personal experience

Pathetic place to work, unfortunately I got trapped. No increment happened since across the tenure. Only thing happened is EXPLOITATION

Unprofessional practice and worst of all when someone resign one of sudden HD's sugarcoating behaviour and words will make you withdraw your resignation

Overall reputation of the company is very good in Pune. There are many knowledgeable, experienced and valuable persons in the company. Hence I got help and satisfaction while I was working as an architect in this company. My best wishes are always with the company.
