...yee friendly with no philosophy of overtime as daily work gets over by 5.30 pm..starting salary is 22k then increas to 25k after 5 month training is over

...rt nagging you over pitty issues. A place for mental harassment and torcher. A small room surrounded with cameras, cutting your salary if you’re even a minute late, very rude and egoistic fraud owner who knows nothing about research. Won’t pay you a single penny if he doesn’t want to, kicked out an employee with a 6 day notice without paying, kicked out a guy over a pitty issue and didn’t paid him salary for 1.5 months calling it a notice period which is not legal. Blackmailed a student when he refused to work after internship, he felt so sooo shattered and hopeless, didn’t paid accidental insurance funds, torchers everyone. Threatened me for writing honest google reviews.

Very bad work culture, no culture at all, salary is not given on time, you cannot leave this company without going through a lot of shit and losing your salary for no good reason. All your hard work will go waste. No learning at all

There exist lot of learning opportunity in terms of writing reports, data collection, sales analysis, pricing insight, company profiles, research articles and reporting. company is small but there is no culture of overtime. Work gets over by 5.45 in evening. There are no overtime and after training period is over there is hybrid work culture.

The owner is just a fraud guy. He hires just for writing reports and all the market analysis he does by himself and doesn’t train you about it. Just a small room surrounded by cameras and you can’t talk there. He listens to the camera’s recording. He will yell at you like nothing, even if you are 2-3 minutes late. You can’t use phone. Its more like a mental torture or jail.
