...he CEO are pathetic to deal with. There is no work-life balance in this company. Even the salary is not on time, comes after 15th. Growth and skill development is not possible with such environment within the office. Won't recommend anyone to join here.

...y Priyanka is most irritating and zero knowledge about the employe relationship. We will not give joining latter or salary slip or offers latter. When you ask for this document they just give you excuse. Dont join this company. The ceo Priyanka any time massage you in you WhatsApp and tell you dont come from tomorrow 😂😂😂

Save yourself by not going here, there is few people sitting there on the post of God so you batter understand one guy is from mp behave like *** and he will be handling you so stop before going in there job is target base no matter what they say in training they will use a sweet butter knife just to take u up till the floor. Beware guys

Currently I am not with the kudos Ayurveda, I left the kudos Ayurveda last year in March month. When I joined this company I enjoyed that time because I was new with sales department but slowly slowly I learnt how to talk and how to understand the customer and deal batter with them. In terms of supporting I want to say about my first TL Ravinder, and he knew very well to his all employee who came under him(at least 60 to 70) how much capability they have and how can we get a good result. The company who made 200 order per day in just shorter period of time company task achievement change from this 200 to 800. Everyone in tracking department, quality department they always treated us as good colleague and tried to help us every time.

The things gone difficult with kudos Ayurveda when Deepash(floor manager) want everything in his control bcz he thought I did everything( achievement from 200 to 800) but everyone in floor knows who made this. Whose mind for this. And suddenly one day he played a game with TL Ravinder and then Ravinder had only one option of left the company. This is the day when company lost his relationship with employee. And now just see how much old staff was there, zero. My reason of left the company was so simple. They not given me single rupees of incentive although my achievement was 700 order per month from that delivery of order was 400 and 200 are in still in pending. And I asked why u not given me my incentive To the HR Rinki, she said that to me your name I didn’t found in list.i said her U just open again the system and see, how much I deserved. It could be a possible so many of saying he didn’t happy by bcz of just one incentive so he left that company, who gave his chance. But believe me if things happened only for one month I could adjust but when things happened for 3 month, u can’t.
