...y. It's a owner based company. Focusing on production only not for employees. No Hike, No ID Card, No respect for employees... Very Very Poor HR. You won't get any facilities from this company.

Don't waste your time it's complete waste not much salary hike. But turn over is very high. Don't have courages for senior officer they are blame for workers no benefits for employees.
