Compensation is good and brand is well known

Dislikes

No System, completely person oriented company,Only 12 employees enrolled in India which also gives negligible growth opportunities. As. Manufacturing responsibility lies with Bajaj, KTM team is only on the back end and no value addition activities are seen There is no proper system, Channel of interaction and no guidance (very less skilled team-Technical as well as Managerial) heading the company, it becomes very difficult for the employee to give ur opinion and thoughts for the betterment of the company As the company is completely person oriented - Ratings and benefits are biased, no proper explanation will be given for poor rating. Overall from the overall experience its a below average company and lots and lots of improvements in the management level are required to make it a work place of choice

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
