Being designer there is no creativity in KSP India if you non talented candidate and knowledge of chamchagiri then you can continue. If you really want grow then never ever join KSP India. This is not my only experience those who are genuine for there career oriented candidate can never join KSP India who detected in career .

Greenery inside the office, Some people there are good.

1) KSP India's worst woman is Prerna ma'am who doesn't know how to talk down without abused 2)The staff member there did not even think of asking me why you are resigned. it was clearly written in my resignation letter that I am resigning because of language problem.

it was nice job experience for me in ksp india . my team was also nice they come from various culture background and we work happily in collaboration . office enviorment also gud all staff members are coprative with each other .

It is small scale industry. But iam so many thing learned from the company basic to development of product. Iam very happy to working in the company. I manage so many responsibilities as raw material to final inspection Iam control the product...but as a engineer I expect security and growth. So any good company give opportunity to working I will confidently add my skills and experience..

The co ordination from final inspection is not good some time..growth is slow..

since last 3 year working in Ksp office. there are any senior merchnaddiser working last 20 year. so job security is very good.
