1. Higher Management on involving and not serious in operations problems at bottom level. 2. Promotion not as per education. 3. Increment not as per performance. 4. Job safety as well as growth totaly not available. 5. Daily work hours extended due family life not balanced.

Senior Management, Management decision, every decision are taken on the very last movement. Logistics will be closed within next five years if situation remains the same

To improve on management vision to portrait at least monthly with all warehouse team

In such pandemic situations company is supporting me and every employees in every aspect...as i am management trainee here but support i get and knowledge is best and feeling good working with such good environment and peoples. I thanks to company that keep me supporting in covid-19 situation.

There is nothing to dislike about company because they are doing there best to keep going and face this pandemic situation with all the staff in all areas.

Structure of organization needs to be improved and more focus on vision should be replicated to the junior level staff by management
