Everything is okay all about salary, management and team support

...y stopping the process without giving any notice and firing us from the job, by paying our only last month's salary And now I am facing a lot of trouble in finding another job, it should not have been done.

I am the Ex Employee of K Serve reason for leaving the job salary, The company is seeing his own profit, but for the employees the company is not thinking on the Salary path, I come in these company to rejoin but the H.R is telling me what Salary you are geetiing first we will give you that Salary only. I asked the reason to the H.R is giving me a Pathetic reason it's company policy if you are the existing employee of K Serve so you will get that Salary what you are geeting first. I told to H.R i have a good Experience my salary also is High, you are giving me the Salary what you are giving to the Fresher. These company is very Worse that i ever work. All H.R are worst in these company. The Company is providing the Salary to the Employee but in K Serve H.R is providing the Salary from his Pocket Bcoz they are Bargain in the Salary for Experience Candidate the Company is offering the Salary for a Fresher. The H.R don't know the Difference between Experience & the Fresher guyz plz i request you if you read my Review think about many times & afterwards you take the decision.

Nathing is like disliking Kserve BPO bcoz Support system and higher authority is wel reputed people like Varun Sir BDM , Rakesh Shetty SGM & Abhijit Sir GM .. Lot more to learn and grow in kserve
