Unfortunately the company has cheated many employees without paying their salary for more than a year, not only salary also PF contributions, the MD has not responded to his employees at all, when he does not have capacity to give salary why he recruted and cheated poor employees

Variety of work. You can work on various softwares, clients. You get to deal with AP, AR, bank, payrun, vat, management accounts, financial statements.

Dislikes

Working hours are really long, have to work extra hours on regular basis. and restrictions on taking leaves even if you have balance and not urgent delivery of work.

I learn best price negotiation with supplier and how to handle the work in critical situation. My all colleagues are very friendly in working time.

Company should give chance to show the work performance but my company I do my job very hard but credit take some another person. this i dis like it. Rest of all is very good in my company.

This company Management Cadre Nandita, Arumugam and Poulouse will take savings bank account money for their site expenses I lost Rs.47000/- during February March April 2017 for their Regen power project installation at karadikonda site near kurnool
