It depends on the owners liking for you. You can not expect a career growth in this organisation as nobody in the organisation has the basic technical knowledge about the apparel industry. You need to brush up on the basics on your own so that if you switch you can get past the job interviews of other organisations. In this company you are hired just to be the hand and not the mind as well. Don't forget to take your monthly salary slips too cause they don't give it on their own.

Best in terms of work culture , creative engagement, salary & incentives . We have routine worker engagement events and that is something that I never experienced in any other company I worked for
